鉴励S1.0标准说明

一、定义
由鉴励公司在长期实际工作中开发。是装箱单位或发货人向第三方提供装箱情况的说明及照片的标准格式。

二、目的
对于大部分的危险品装箱，船公司或各核查方并不需要第三方出具正式的监装报告。 但为了防止各种伪报，漏报及装箱不规范，也需要装箱单位或发货人提供装箱情况的说明及照片。为沟通简易起见，也为规范各装箱单位发送装箱照片给核查方，规定照片的格式，需要照片的种类和简易报告的格式，特制订本标准。建议各核查方采用。

一、Container quantity / Report,
1.1. One container / one Report.

二、Report Name ,size and type
2.1. Report Name: Vanning date(day month)_UN Number_Palace__B.L number Container No. _other reference number. e.g.: 01Jan_UN1402_Tianjin_COS123456_BISU1234567_XXXXXXXXXX
2.2. Report size: Do not exceed 2M.
2.3. Report type: PDF version. (Word - PDF)
2.4. Report should be written in English and no handwriting.

三、photograph
3.1. The pixels of all the cargo and container photos should be: 534 X 400. Width x height. Unless otherwise indicated in this standard.
3.2. The photograph of marks, UN packing code and half door opening should be 800x600.so the words can be legible.
3.3. All the original photos(pixel at least should be : 2200x1700 orso/per photo)should be stored in an individual free down load site, such as : http:// www.126disk.com. All the photo should be strapped in one file and with “ ZIP” Version., The name of the zip file should be the same as 2.1. and ID number and password should be included in this report.
3.4 All the photographs should be marked with date of taking on the photograph.
3.5 All the photographs should be legible and light enough to recognize the every detailed of cargo and stowage situation.
3.6. The container’s door frame of photograph 5.3 , 5.4,5.5,5.6,5.7,5.8 and 5.9 shall always be in the photograph.
3.7 The ratio of the square of the container door frame occupy the full photoscreen, should not less than 2/3.
3.8 The 5.9 (Half Opening door container): the half door with the container Number should be closed and another door should be open.
3.9 All the photograph of this report shall be true and only for the cargo and container in this report.

四、Basic Information which should showing on the report.

六、The Declaration and signature of the Report issuing party.
6.1 Declaration: all the above report and photograph are true and non-misplaced. All comply with the IMDG CODE.
6.2 Signature should be with the type name , title, date, company name ,address, e-mail and Tel Number.
6.3 The Ansaf Standard s1.0 Report can be issued by Shipper ,Shipper’s agent or 3rd survey company.
